How much you believe in yourself affects how you show up and how you accept the universe to show for you. For example, if you believe you can do something, then you will look for evidence to support that belief, and in most cases, you will find it. If you don’t believe you can do something you will look for evidence that you can’t do it, once again you will probably find it. How much we believe in ourselves affects what we do and how we do it. It affects the results we see. It creates our reality.

When things are going well when your mood is good, and you feel emotionally stable it’s easy to believe in yourself. Now, imagine your mood dropping, how often does that automatically affect how you speak, think and value yourself. It’s harder to stay positive when our mood is low.

If you are wondering why your dreams, visions and manifestation never seem to become your reality, check in with how consistently you are with showing up for yourself.

Your life is a reflection of your thoughts, actions and beliefs. If every time your mood goes downhill, you start to doubt yourself, your reality reflects that doubt back to you because you are no longer a match for your desires.

5 things to watch for when your mood drops

1. Pay attention to how you are speaking to yourself

2. Listen to what your body needs to feel safe

3. Pay attention to your breath. Remember that slowing your breath will help you ground into the present

4. Watch out for the ways you aren’t being kind to yourself and change them

5. Pay attention to your thoughts. Let the doubts come, but also let them float away

What if you stopped letting your mood decide how you spoke to yourself and how much you believed in yourself? What if you consistently, no matter your mood, showed up for yourself, were kind to yourself, and valued yourself? Consistency is the key to seeing results and change. If you want something to change, you have to be committed to showing up matter how you feel.

Make your desires known. Then, show up and believe. Most importantly, keep showing up even when things are hard, your mood is off, and life feels unfair.
