The Al Buraimi Hotel will be liquidated and dissolved as per the order of the Court of Appeal issued on July 9, the company issued in a statement.
It may be noted that the Capital Market Authority had filed a lawsuit against the Buraimi Hotel, which demanded the dissolution and liquidation of the company.
The publicly listed Al Buraimi Hotel was established in 1990.
