The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, is taking part in the World Travel Market (WTM) in London to promote tourism offerings and strengthen international partnerships.

According to the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI), the number of visitors from the United Kingdom to the Sultanate of Oman was 103,544 in 2025, compared to 93,714 in 2024—an increase of 10.4 percent.

The World Travel Market in London is one of the prominent international exhibitions dedicated to the travel and tourism industry. Held annually, it attracts over 46,000 participants from more than 180 countries. The event brings together tourism destinations, companies, buyers, and decisionmakers from across the globe, serving as a vital platform for conducting business meetings, establishing partnerships, and exploring the latest trends in the global tourism industry. As part of our promotional campaigns, the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism will implement campaigns that integrate outdoor advertising, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships with travel companies and media outlets. These efforts include advertisements on buses and taxis in London and Windsor, alongside promotional partnerships with several British companies through the first quarter of 2027.
