AL RUSTAQ: The wilayats of Al Rustaq and Al Awabi in Al Batinah South Governorate experienced heavy to moderate rainfall, on Sunday.


Rainfall was reported on the centre of the Wilayat of Al Rustaq, and the villages of Aini, Al Rumaniyah, Tawi Thani, Al Ghashab, Al Taykha, Wubal, Hay Al Amjad, Wadi Al Sahtan, Wadi Bani Ghafir, Wadi Bani Henai and Wadi Bani Auf.


In the Wilayat of Al Awabi, rainfall was concentrated in the wilayat’s centre and the villages of Al Sad, Al Salan, Al Walija, Tawi Al Sayh, Al Dhahir, Al Rajmah, Al Nahdha, Al Mahdhuth and the villages of Al Hajeer, Stal, Thaqab, Shawah, Saniba, Al Hajar, Misfat Al Shraiqiyeen, Hadas, Al Hudniyah, Al Muhasanah, Al Aliya in Wadi Bani Kharus.


Heavy rain led to overflowing of the wadis of Al Aliya, Henj, Sani, Bani Henai and Bani Ghafir. — ONA
