Literature Specialist Sammy Jay of Peter Harrington Rare Books holds a rare carbon typescript of late French writer Antoine de Saint-Exupery's "Le Petit Prince", featuring extensive handwritten corrections and sketches by the author, on October 16, 2024, during the book presentation at the Peter Harrington Rare Books, a London-based rare book dealer. A mysterious black cover damaged by time protects a priceless treasure: the typescript of Antoine Saint-Exupery's "Le Petit Prince", the only one to have belonged to the writer, is being offered for sale by Peter Harrington Rare Books. Accompanied by its passport, issued by the French Ministry of Culture, the precious object will be offered for sale at the Abu Dhabi Art 2024 fair, which opens on November 20, in Abu Dhabi, with a starting price of 1.25 million dollars (or 1.14 million euros).
