MUSCAT: The Military Technological College (MTC) inaugurated a number of educational and recreational facilities at its campus. The facilities include an Advanced Cyber ​​Excellence Centre established in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance within the context of a "Partnership for Development" programme.


The MTC also opened a Learning Resources Centre, a recreational centre and an outdoor plaza (The Boulevard).


The opening ceremony was held under the auspices of Rear Admiral Saif bin Nasser al Rahbi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman and Chairman of the MTC’s Board of Directors.


The chief guest and the attendees listened to a briefing about the new facilities’ modern equipment, technologies and programmes, as well as the integrated environment that the facilities provide to the college community in terms of innovation and ongoing development.


The facilities’ opening reflects the MTC’s constant efforts to enhance its academic, technical and service infrastructure. It underscores the college’s commitment to establish an integrated educational environment that keeps pace with technological advancements and contributes to the realisation of sustainable development goals (SDGs). - ONA
