Oman crude rises to $79.60 per barrel

MUSCAT: The official price of Oman crude oil for September delivery rose by $2.56 to $79.60 a barrel on Wednesday, up from $77.04 in the previous trading session.


The increase follows recent fluctuations in global oil markets amid changing supply and demand expectations.


Meanwhile, the average price of Omani crude for July delivery stood at $102.00 a barrel, down $2.73 from the average price recorded for June deliveries.
