Muscat: In implementation of the Royal Directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik aimed at providing facilitation to national economic sectors, particularly in supporting maritime transport of food products arriving from Indian ports, Asyad Group, through Asyad Shipping and in coordination with the relevant authorities, has launched a package of operational and logistical facilitations for shipments carrying food commodities to the Sultanate of Oman.

The initiative seeks to enhance the efficiency of maritime supply chains, ensure the smooth flow of essential food products, reduce inflationary pressures, and mitigate the impact of global disruptions on supply chains.

Asyad Group noted that importers and companies operating in the food commodities sector can inquire about the newly introduced facilities by contacting the dedicated team via email at asl.shipping@asyad.om or by phone at +968 93397885, +968 99478795, or +968 99427690.
