Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Sunday issued a Royal Decree appointing a new ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Royal Decree No. 24/2026 appoints Nasser bin Sulaiman bin Hamad Al Harthi to the position of Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, granting him the special grade.
The decree was issued on February 8, 2026, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
