The Sultanate of Oman and the State of Qatar reviewed leading practices in the field of settling commercial and financial disputes in accordance with international standards. This took place during the visit of Dr Abdullah bin Mohammed al Saeedi, Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, and his delegation — currently participating in the Doha Legal Forum — to the Qatar International Court. During the visit, the court’s jurisdictions and judicial work mechanisms were presented by several judges with extensive regional and international expertise. The delegation closely observed leading practices in commercial and financial dispute resolution, aligned with the best international standards.
