Awqaf launches ‘Year of the Employee’ forums

MUSCAT: The Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs launched the ‘Year of the Employee’ forums, on Wednesday.

These forums aim to enhance employee efficiency, encourage creativity, enhance productivity and build positive relationships by strengthening internal communication, unifying visions and boosting morale.

The ‘Year of the Employee’ forums are being held under the auspices of Dr Mohammed bin Said al Maamari, Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre and will continue for five days.

These forums reflect the ministry’s commitment to developing human resources, stimulating institutional contributions among employees, enhancing the work environment through professional development and establishing a culture of excellence and innovation. They also aim to recognize and honour outstanding employees.

The forums are accompanied by an exhibition showcasing various sectors of the ministry through which they present their future plans. In addition, 24 daily workshops distributed across 12 sessions, will be presented by academics and experts.
