Ministry warns against Tanuf Arch rope swings

The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism has advised against using rope swings at the Tanuf Arch in the Wilayat of Nizwa, due to the significant danger they pose to visitors because of the geological formations.


The Ministry emphasized the importance of adhering to licensed and approved adventure tourism activities only and warned that any violations will be subject to legal action in accordance with applicable regulations.
