Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, has conferred Oman Military Order (Third & Fourth Class) on some senior officers of the military and security services on the occasion of the glorious National Day.
At the behest of His Majesty the Sultan, Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Numani, Minister of the Royal Office, presented the orders on Monday.
This Royal honour from His Majesty, the Supreme Commander, comes in recognition of their loyalty and dedication in performing their national duties.
The occasion was attended by Nasr bin Hamoud al Kindi, Secretary General of the Royal Court Affairs, Lt Gen Hasan bin Mohsin al Shraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs,Lt Gen Said bin Ali al Hilali, Head of the Internal Security Service (ISS), and some senior commanders in the military and security services.
