Muscat: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) confirmed its full readiness to provide emergency and ambulance services to citizens, residents, and visitors during the Khareef Dhofar season.

As part of its operational plan for the season, the Authority has adopted a series of proactive measures aimed at enhancing public safety.

These include strengthening the capacity of existing response centres and establishing additional emergency points along key roads leading into Dhofar Governorate in the governorates of al Dakhiliyah, al Dahirah, and al Wusta.

The plan is designed to ensure a prompt and effective response to any emergency, particularly as visitor numbers are expected to surge during the khareef period.

The CDAA reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining high standards of service and safety across all operational areas throughout the season.
