Muscat: The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation announced on Wednesday the implementation of the first annual forum that brings together institutions of the academic and industrial sectors under the patronage of Prof Dr Rahma bint Ibrahim al Mahrouqi, Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, at the Ministry's General Diwan.
The meeting was attended by the CEOs of public and private sector institutions and the presidents and deans of private higher education institutions.
The event aims to exchange experiences in the field of joint cooperation in several areas, such as scientific research, providing appropriate training for graduate students, or participating in financing some projects in private higher education institutions.
