Ahli Sidab claimed an important 2-1 victory over Seeb in the final round match held at the Oman Hockey Stadium in Al Amerat.

The match was highly competitive, with Seeb’s Imad al Hosni, Hamad al Hosni, and Fahad al Lawati standing out thanks to their energetic play and chance creation. On the other hand, Ahli Sidab’s Metham al Wahaibi, Ammar al Shoaibi, and Aseel al Moaini played decisive roles in securing the win for their team.

The first quarter was evenly contested, with both teams sharing possession but failing to find the net, ending the period goalless.

Ahli Sidab asserted their dominance early in the second quarter, with Ammar al Shoaibi converting a penalty corner into the opening goal five minutes in. Seeb pushed back with offensive pressure, but Ahli Sidab’s defense and goalkeeper stood firm, ending the quarter with a 1-0 lead for Ahli Sidab.

Seeb improved in the third quarter and managed to equalize in the 35th minute through Imad al Hosni after a well-organised attack, bringing his team back into the match to the delight of their fans. The third quarter ended with the teams tied at 1-1.

In the final quarter, both sides searched for the winning goal. Aseel al Moaini capitalised on a defensive error by Seeb to score a decisive goal in the 55th minute. AL AMERAT THRASH SALALAH 6-1

In another match, Al Amerat overwhelmed Salalah with a commanding 6-1 win.

Al Amerat started strongly with clear attacking intent. Osama Ramadan opened the scoring in the second minute after a quick counter-attack that caught Salalah’s defense off guard. Al Amerat maintained their dominance as Salalah struggled defensively, earning a penalty corner in the 10th minute that Sami Awadh successfully converted to double the lead. A minute later, Adnan al Hasani added a third goal with a well-executed team move, ending the first quarter with Al Amerat leading 3-0.

Salalah improved in the second quarter, with Muhannad al Balushi threatening on a fast break, followed by a powerful shot from Mohammed al Toubi from outside the area. However, Al Amerat’s defense remained solid, thwarting all attempts to keep their 3-0 advantage intact.

Both teams exchanged attacks in the third quarter, with Al Amerat seeking a fourth goal to seal the result, while Salalah looked to reduce the deficit. Neither team managed to change the scoreline, which remained 3-0 heading into the final quarter.

Early in the last quarter, Hussein Hatim scored for Salalah in the 52nd minute to give his team a glimmer of hope. Al Amerat, however, quickly responded, with Adnan al Hasani scoring again in the 54th minute to make it 4-1. Three minutes later, Mohamed al Noufali extended the lead to 5-1, taking advantage of Salalah’s defensive lapses. In the final moments, Elias al Noufali capped off the scoring with a sixth goal, sealing a dominant 6-1 victory for Al Amerat.
