Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued two royal decrees on Wednesday.
Two Royal decrees issued; The first promulgates the Electronic Transactions Law, the second issues First-Class License to Space Communication Technologies company to establish and operate a a satellite communications system to provide fixed public telecommunications services.
