Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued two Royal Decrees.
The first decree (11/2025) amends some provisions of the Omani Penal Code.
The second decree (12/2025) amends some provisions of the Royal Decree 6/89 regulating the relationship between owners and tenants of residential, commercial, and industrial premises and registering their rental contracts
