Muscat: As part of its efforts to expand investment opportunities in tourism projects, Muscat Municipality announced a tender for the management and operation of a café in the Qurm Beach Road area.
The investment is sought from specialized companies specialized in operating tourism projects or international restaurants, as well as firms that own a brand and wish to invest in this location. The Duration of the contract is 15 years.
The location runs parallel to Qurm Beach, which stretches 4km along the Muscat coastline.
Muscat Municipality will work with consultants to redesign the Qurm Beach Road.
