Muscat- Muscat Municipality has launched initiatives to manage, care for, and rehabilitate stray and loose animals, including cats, dogs, and other species.


This initiative adopts global best practices in animal welfare, preserves biodiversity, and promotes public health, creating a more harmonious and compassionate community.


The Rifq Services will ensure public health and safety by reducing risks associated with stray animals, and promote sustainability through humane and responsible animal care.

Rifq Services allows the community to contribute to a safer and cleaner environment.


Report stray animals by contacting the designated authority, and Rifq guarantees a swift response.
