Muscat: Due to the prevailing impacts of the current weather condition, it has been decided to activate the distance learning system in all higher education institutions and government and private schools on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, in the governorates of Muscast, North Al Sharqiyah, South Al Sharqiyah, Al Dakhiliyah, South and North Al Batinah and mountainous areas in Al Buraimi and Al Dhahirah.
