Muscat: Omani low-cost carrier SalamAir has appointed Adrian Hamilton-Manns as its new Chief Executive Officer.


In an online statement, SalamAir said, "We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Adrian Hamilton-Manns as the new Chief Executive Officer of SalamAir. Mr. Hamilton-Manns brings a wealth of expertise and profound knowledge in airline management, backed by over eight years of experience as a CEO. His impressive career spans 28 years in aviation executive management, with a notable 14 years dedicated to the low-cost airline industry."


The airline also extended its thanks and appreciation to Captain Ahmed Al-Shidhani, who had previously served as the acting CEO.
