Six expats arrested for theft charges

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police's the General Department of Criminal Investigation and Investigation on Monday arrested six expatriates of Asian nationality on charges of stealing wires belonging to several companies in the Wilayat of Bausher, and legal procedures are being completed against them.


In another incident, the North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command on Sunday arrests 10 people of Arab nationalities after a video clip was circulated showing their involvement in a mass quarrel in a neighborhood in the state of Sohar, causing disturbance to public comfort and tranquility, and legal procedures are being completed against them.
