Muscat: The Royal Oman Police's North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command, in cooperation with the Muscat Governorate Police Command, on Thursday arrested two people of Arab nationality on charges of stealing from five commercial stores in the Wilayat of Saham and three different locations in the Muscat Governorate, and legal procedures were completed against them.
