MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Thursday issued a Royal Decree No (62/2023) amending some provisions of the Civil Aviation Law.
Article (1) states that the amendments attached to this decree shall be applied to the Civil Aviation Law.
Article (2) cancels all that contradicts the attached amendments or contravenes their provisions.
Article (3) states that this decree shall be published on the Official Gazette and enforced from the day following its date of publishing. — ONA
