Muscat: The General Directorate for Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control has arrested an Asian resident in the Wilayat of Seeb on charges of smuggling and possessing more than 26 kilograms of hashish, morphine and crystal, in addition to more than 17,600 tablets of psychotropic substances.
In another incident, Dhofar Governorate Police Command arrested an Asian expatriate on charges of stealing electric cables from several houses under construction in the Wilayat of Salalah, and completed the legal procedures against him.
In another incident, Muscat Governorate Police Command, in cooperation with the General Department of Investigation and Criminal Investigation, has arrested four people of Asian nationality for committing several cases of theft from homes in Muscat Governorate, and legal procedures are being completed against them.
