A body has been found in the search for Nicola Bulley, a missing woman in Britain, a case which has gripped the country for weeks. Bulley, a mother of two, went missing in north-western England at the end of January under mysterious circumstances.
The body, which has not yet been identified, was discovered in the River Wyre near where the 45-year-old was last seen, local police said. “We are currently treating the death as unexplained,” police said. After dropping off her nine- and six-year-old daughters at school, Bulley went to walk her dog on January 27. Using her phone, she joined a work call.
