Muscat: The naval drill Sea Lion 1/2023, carried out by the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) at Al Batinah and Al Wusta maritime zones, concluded on Wednesday.
Naval ships from the RNO fleet took part in the drill with the support of aircrafts of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO).
The ships that participated in the drill headed back to the Said bin Sultan Naval Base. The naval drill was part of the RNO’s annual training plans that aim at sustaining the preparedness level of its ships and personnel.
