Muscat: The Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority said that seven children and a woman were injured following the collapse of the electric toy game at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center in Madinat al Irfan.
"Muscat Municipality regrets what occurred as a result of a technical defect in one of the games at the Oman Exhibition and Convention Center. An investigation is underway, the damage is assessed and the necessary measures are taken," the official statement said.
The medical authorities and specialized teams the those with minor injuries to the medical authorities for hospitalization to ensure their safety.

"We affirm our concern for the safety of everyone, young and old, and our seriousness in following all approved standards. We will announce the measures that will be taken soon," the statement added.
