AL AWABI: The Wilayat of Al Awabi in the Governorate of South Al Batinah witnessed heavy rains on Saturday.

Heavy rains led to the flow of the valleys of Al Ad, Al Harbi, Stal, Al Hajir, Al Sahel and Al Asami. Several parts of Oman also experienced varying amounts of rain.

The Directorate-General of Meteorology said: “There will be rainfall of varying intensity along the eastern and western Al Hajar Mountains, the expansion of formations to the neighbouring areas, and the activity of autumn clouds on the coasts and mountains of Dhofar, with chances of drizzle.”
