

Muscat: The Royal Cavalry won the first and second places in the first half competitions at the French Dax racecourse which was dedicated to purebred Arabian horses category for a distance of 1,400 metres. The horse "Safwa", owned by the Royal Cavalry, won the first place and was led by Gary Sanchas and supervised by trainer Elizabeth Bernard. The horse "Fatina", owned by the Royal Cavalry, claimed the second place award and was led by Michael Forrest and coached by Sanchas.
