Trust that it is working out in your favour

Learning how to trust, to do your best, and not be attached to the outcome is one of the hardest things to do. It’s a really powerful way of living.


We often hear people say things like “the universe has your back” or “things will work out when they are supposed to”. When we hear these things we might understand it, but whether or not we truly believe it is more important. There is a big difference between hearing this and being able to conceptually believe it versus truly embodying this level of trust. Learning how to trust, to do your best, and not be attached to the outcome is one of the hardest things to do.


Here is why learning how to TRUST can change your life


1. You’ll no longer feel the need to control everything.


2. You feel less anxious and more at ease.


3. You start to notice the lesson and the blessings that come disguised as closed doors.


4. You are automatically more connected to the present moment.


We can conceptually understand why trust is important. We might even believe, we trust. The difference between conceptual understanding and believing something versus embodying it lies in your body. Have you ever noticed how when you start to feel threatened in any way your breath changes, your body gets tight, you feel discomfort? When you embody something, we start to minimise these reactions because we start to anchor the trust within our body. It’s no longer saying “I trust that things are working out for me”.


It’s being able to feel the TRUST in your movements and in your breath because it’s anchored in your body. When you are able to embody the things you say you want to feel and be, your reality can shift as quickly as you desire it to.
