MUSCAT: Traffic in Muscat roads has eased following the application of the flexible duty system last week.
The roads on Muscat saw seamless vehicular movement five days after the flexible duty system came into effect. As per the system, the first shift starts at 8 am and ends at 1 pm and the second shift starts at 9 am and ends at 2 pm.
The main roads are seeing normal traffic with some exceptions at certain locations such as Athaiba-Seeb section of the Sultan Qaboos Road and the exits leading to Muscat Expressway.
