Finding that alignment between your breath, body and mind

We don’t get to control a lot of things in our life. What we get to control is our reactions, our beliefs, our thoughts and our actions. The art of controlling these things is what helps us create the reality we desire.

You might not be able to control whether or not you get picked for a job but you do get to control how much you believe in the possibility of it. You might not be able to control when you get rejected from a job but, again, you get to control your reaction to it. When you work on your beliefs, thoughts, actions and reactions that will affect how you show up for opportunities and that can change everything! You now start to co-create with the universe because you are living in alignment.

Co-creation is all about finding that alignment between your breath, body and mind. When you say you want or desire something the thoughts and beliefs you have matter because that is the energy and frequency that you exude. If your actions and reactions don’t align with your desires then the message you are sending out into the universe is confusing and that confusion is often met with more messy emotions and results.

The universe can and will be on your side when you believe that it is. When you believe that it is you change as well because you know how you are supported. Being supported doesn’t mean everything goes your way. It does mean that no matter what happens, you know you will be okay.

Going back to control, yes there are a lot of things you cannot control in life but, your relationship with the universe is not one of them. This relationship is completely in your hands. The more you show up for yourself the more the universe can show up for you. The more you trust, the more that trust is reflected in your reality. Co-creation with the universe is simply about living and working in alignment with your desires. Speak your dreams out into the world but then also believe and take action from a place of trust.

Practices to being co-creating with the universe:

1. Pay attention to your breath. Notice when it’s restrictive and shallow and breathe deeper into those moments. If you want an experience to be pleasurable or peaceful your breath needs to feel the same.

2. Practice somatic movement. This is a movement focused on the inner experience. You move from your head into your body and your body begins to work with you to create the experiences you desire.

3. Be aware of your thoughts and beliefs. Saying you want something but not believing in it, or continuously speaking negativity out loud, muddles your energy. Stop sending mixed signals out into the universe.
