MUSCAT: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion signed on Sunday a cooperation programme with a local tech firm for the establishment of an Oman Exports e-Platform.
The agreement was signed by Asila Salim al Samsamiya, Investment Promotion Undersecretary, and Thamir Ahmed al Marhoon, CEO of the Omani company.
The partnership will support the development of an electronic platform that promotes and displays Omani exports targeted at international markets. It will also support market research to support the promotion of Omani goods, and develop content to market local brands. — ONA
