MUSCAT: The Media Training Centre at the Ministry of Information, in cooperation with Al Jazeera Media Institute, began on Monday a training programme themed 'News Editing: Techniques and Practices'. The three-day programme seeks to sharpen the skills of the participants in writing and editing news stories.
