According to statistics issued by the Ministry of Health, a total of 2,810,262 people have been vaccinated during the period.

Figures from the ministry also showed that Oman has recorded zero deaths and 36 new infection cases due to Covid-19 in the past 24 hours. This is for the third consecutive day that the country has reported zero deaths.

The expanded vaccination campaign for the target groups in all governorates continues uninterrupted. The immunisation centres have witnessed a large turnout of people since early Monday morning, a statement from the ministry said.
