Mwasalat launches Rustaq, Samail routes for office goers

Mawaslat has announced the launch of the Muscat-Al Rustaq and the Muscat-Samail routes on February 23 following demand from the  public to operate direct services to these cities on working days.


The twice daily services will be launched in each direction. The first service will depart from Rustaq at 5:45am and arrive at Muscat at 7 am. The one way ticket to Rustaq will cost RO1.2  (Azaiba) and the round trip will be at RO2.4 (Azaiba).


The one way ticket to Samial will cost 900bz from Azaiba with return fare at RO1.8


The new routes will also take into consideration the ability of the staff to go to Muscat and return to the states in a comfortable and convenient way. The Muscat - Rustaq route will cover Azaiba - Al Sahwa Tower  and Nazeen Gardens Roundabout and Al Rostaq Sultan Qaboos Mosque.


The Muscat-Samail line will run from Al Khuwair Pedestrian underpas - Azaiba Bus Station - Al Sahwa Bus Station - Fanja at Sultan Qaboos Mosque,  Bidbid near Oman Arab Bank Branch  and Samwil at Gate. All passengers can purchase tickets from different offices of the company or from the bus.
