MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has sent a cable of condolences to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation on victims of the residential building collapse in Magnitogorsk city in Russia.
In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his condolences and sympathy to President Putin, families of the victims and the Russian friendly people, wishing the injured a speedy recovery. — ONA
