ROP denies reports on fine for vehicle registration

Royal Oman Police has denied reports that the fine for the delay to renew the vehicle license is RO10 for each month. It  said that the delay fine is  calculated in such a way that it is 20 per cent of the annual vehicle registration fee for the first six months, 40 per cent for the next six months and 50 per cent if the delay exceeds one year.
