Muscat: The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs (MARA) has said that August 21, 2018 will be the first day of Eid al-Adha.
A statement issued by the ministry said, "The day of Arafah, the ninth of Dhu al-Hijjah 1439 AH will be on August 20, according to the calendar of Mecca.
