MUSCAT: Majlis Ash’shura participated in the second conference of League of Parliamentarians for Al Quds (Jerusalem) in Istanbul, in the presence of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan with the participation of heads of Arab and Islamic Parliamentary Councils from 80 countries around the world.
Majlis Ash’shura delegation, headed by Mohammed bin Abu Bakr al Ghassani, Deputy Chairman of the Majlis, included Ali bin Ahmed al Mashani and Mohammed bin Khamis al Badi.
The conference included a presentation on League of Parliamentarians for Al Quds, which is the first parliamentary platform to activate and coordinate the efforts of parliamentarians from all countries to consult and cooperate in support of Al Quds Al Sharif and Palestine. — ONA
