Oman condemns church attack in Jordan

MUSCAT: The Sultanate of Oman expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the shooting incident that targeted a church in the Karak Governorate of Jordan, which resulted in a number of casualties and injuries. In a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry on Friday, the Sultanate of Oman reaffirmed its firm stance rejecting all forms of violence, the targeting of places of worship, and the terrorising of innocent people. Expressing solidarity with Jordan, Oman extended its sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the families of victims and to the brotherly government and people of Jordan, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
