MUSCAT: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) held a senior management review meeting for the Quality Management System (ISO) at the Directorate-General of Ambulance, chaired by Maj Gen Sulaiman Ali al Husaini, Chairman of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority, and attended by officials concerned with the implementation of the system within the Authority.


The meeting addressed a number of topics aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the quality management system and developing performance levels, thereby contributing to elevating the quality of ambulance services and achieving higher levels of efficiency and sustainability in their delivery.


The meeting reviewed the results of the internal audit of the quality management system, improvement opportunities, the adequacy of resources, the results of beneficiary satisfaction measurement, the effectiveness of operational performance and its measurement indicators, as well as the risks, opportunities, challenges, and variables that may affect the effectiveness of the system. — ONA
