MANAH: The Sultan Qaboos Institute for Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers on Wednesday held a ceremony at its headquarters in the Wilayat of Manah, Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah, to mark the conclusion of its 62nd course.

The 7-week course included an academic and cultural programme that was attended by 35 male and female students representing 17 countries of the world.

The ceremony included a poem in French translated into Arabic and a presentation titled "Artificial Intelligence and its application in learning", by a student named Merdina from Brunei Darussalam.

The ceremony also included a poem in Persian translated into Arabic and the screening of a film titled "Harvest of the Course" that outlined salient features of the 62nd course — its educational programmes, its cultural activities and its field trips that enriched the experience of the students.

Suleiman bin Said al Siyabi, Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Science, distributed certificates to the students of the 62nd course and the language partners.
