MUSCAT: Al Wafa Centre for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities in Nizwa on Monday marked the conclusion of the 2025-2026 training course.
The ceremony was held under the auspices of Dr Abdullah bin Hamoud al Harthy, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development for Persons with Disabilities Affairs.
The ceremony included an exhibition featuring products and works in which the persons with disabilities took part. The exhibition showcased the professional and craft skills that the participants gained during the training year. It also embodies the centre’s efforts to empower persons with disabilities and enhance their social and economic integration.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the chief guest felicitated the partners and contributors who supported the centre’s programmes and activities, in appreciation of their efforts to promote the rehabilitation process. — ONA
