BOOSTING THE GAME

Ayman bin Salim al Jahdhami, Secretary of the Oman Bowling Committee, said the championship forms part of the committee’s ongoing plan to provide regular competitive platforms for players and strengthen the game’s presence in Oman.

"The Oman Bowling Committee is keen to organise such championships regularly because they play an important role in raising players' skill levels and identifying promising talent. The May Championship has shown good technical levels since its launch, and we expect the competition to become even stronger in the final rounds as the results remain close among several players," he said.

Al Jahdhami added that the committee appreciates the cooperation of Seeb Bowling Centre and the commitment of all participants, noting that regular competitions help maintain players’ readiness for upcoming local and international events.

The championship will now move towards its decisive stages, with the second and final rounds expected to deliver further excitement as players look to secure podium places and strengthen their overall rankings.
