MUSCAT: The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour, organised a workshop on beneficiary satisfaction standards, with the participation of more than 15 government entities.


The workshop aimed to enhance awareness of the 2026 requirements for measuring beneficiary satisfaction and to improve the quality of services provided.


The workshop featured discussions on a number of indicators related to measuring beneficiary satisfaction, in addition to reviewing key challenges faced by government entities in implementing these standards and proposing appropriate solutions.


It also provided a platform for exchanging expertise and best practices among participants, contributing to improved government performance and the achievement of higher levels of beneficiary satisfaction.
