Muscat: The Royal Oman Police said in preliminary reports that a derelict mud building collapsed in the Al Haimli on Sunday area of Rustaq, where seven children were inside.
The incident resulted in the death of four of them and serious injuries to the others. Investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
