HM receives phone call from Spanish PM on regional developments

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a telephone call from Pedro Sánchez, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Spain, during which they discussed the current developments in the region in light of the Israeli and US attacks on the Islamic Republic of Iran and their repercussions on the interests of countries in the region and the world at large.

During the call, the two leaders stressed the importance of concerted regional and international efforts to put an end to the ongoing conflict, halt escalation and resort to dialogue and peaceful means in order to safeguard the resources, sovereignty and security of nations and their peoples.
